Est Hotel Toronto, Toronto

The hotel has very modern rooms with lots of tech, but unfortunately had cleanliness issues. Despite being nice and new, I experienced an issue with the AC that did not work and despite calling them numerous times, I received no response or action, leading me to check out after just 3 hours.

The hotel is conveniently located in an easy-to-find area of Toronto, although near a less desirable neighborhood. The rooms are decent but not ideal due to the proximity to the lobby and parking lot, with occasional smoke smells. The service is friendly but inconsistent with mask-wearing. Dining options could be improved, especially with the breakfast quality. Overall, the value for money is acceptable, considering some drawbacks.

The hotel offers great value for the night with clean rooms of different sizes. The service was satisfactory, but some staff exhibited a rude and bad service attitude. The location was ideal for visiting Wonderland, although the surroundings were in a construction area. The dining experience, although decent, left a little to be desired. Overall, it was a reasonable stay with a few drawbacks.

The hotel had a nice smell like pot, which was a bit suffocating due to the lack of windows, but overall, the room was fresh and clean. The service was friendly and accommodating, although they walked into my room without knocking. The location, although pretty, was not perfectly clean. The dining experience was terrible and gave everyone stomachaches, although the traditional Italian dishes were enjoyable.

The hotel's rooms were fantastic, but definitely needed blackout curtains as the light was shining in all night. There were cleanliness issues and inconvenience getting there without a car. Additionally, there were people smoking marijuana in the hotel, and the breakfast gave us food poisoning. Our room was very bright at night due to the skylight and facing the lobby, although the air-conditioning was great.
